It was a week ago that Netflix announced the release date for one of its most popular and hit Spanish shows “Élite” and with that announcement came in the news of introducing Élite Week. The fourth season of the show is on its way and the makers decided to celebrate the release by including some important points of views and incidents in 4 episodes that will lead up to the release of Élite Season 4.
Releasing on 14th of June, Élite Week will see the release of Élite: Short Stories and that being said, Netflix dropped the trailers on what we can expect from those 4 short stories that will cover some of the major characters of the show. All the stories will have 3 episodes each as per the description and announcement from Netflix goes.
Each of Élite’s seasons ended with a cliffhanger and as the next season began, the audience were shown flashbacks as to what went down in-between the season. The makers this time took a different route and included these short stories as a way of a bridge connecting the happenings of Season 3 and Season 4.
The four stories will air starting June 14th and each one of them will focus on what went in the summer for the Las Encinas kids. Here’s a breakdown what you should look forward too:
June 14th
Story: Guzman + Caye + Rebe
This episode literally looks like party of 3. Rebeca talks about something called Magic Mushroom, which definitely sounds like a drug they will be tripping on, going on with the visuals from the trailer. Given what they went through last season, they do deserve a party but there’s definitely something that will go down in the episode, which will make Season 4 exciting for the 3.
June 15th
Story: Nadia + Guzman
As Season 3 ended, we saw these two beloved people finally ending up together but it came with a sad ending as Nadia had to leave for New York, while Guzman stayed back to complete his final year. The story will focus on whether Nadia and Guzman will manage to keep this long distance relationship thing going on with such fluctuating minds of theirs.
June 16th
Story: Omar + Ander + Alexis
If you remember, Ander was diagnosed with cancer in the last season and as he was getting his treatment done, he came across a guy named Alexis and immediately they ended up being friends. While Ander and Omar’s relationship was almost over, Omar came back and stayed with Ander. Looking at it,this might show how Omar and Ander’s relationship might have changed and it might include Alexis in it too
June 17th
Story: Carla + Samuel
After the events of Season 3, Carla decides that Las Encinas isn’t for her and gets ready to move abroad to complete her studies. But her journey won’t be exciting if our love-struck Samuel doesn’t come in and tries to convince her once for the sake of their relationship.
As the stories end on June 17th, Élite Season 4 will immediately stream the next day, which is the 18th of June.
