Every so often, a cheerful, likeable animal becomes the central point of a major motion film and wins hearts. It has happened time and time again with the Stuart Little franchise, ‘Life of Pi’, ‘101 Dalmatians’, ‘Rio’, and so, so many more.
One such feature-length movie that achieved the same was Paul King’s 2014 family comedy title ‘Paddington’. The film follows a young bear, who can walk and talk, who travels to London from the jungles of Peru. There, he is adopted by the Brown family and goes through many adventures in the enormous city.
The highly awaited third installment in the franchise, ‘Paddington in Peru’, is all set to release in cinemas soon. The 132-second long trailer that was released recently gives fans a much anticipated dive into the latest adventures of Oso Paddington, the polite, soft-spoken bear.
Paddington must be well-adjusted to city life by now, but he sure is not to advanced technologies. He seems to be completely caught off guard by the brilliant flashes of a photo booth! However, with a fresh passport in hand, he is all set to travel all the way back to Peru with his adopted family to meet his Aunt Lucy.
Boasting a star-studded ensemble cast including Ben Wishaw, Antonio Banderas, Olivia Colman, Madeleine HarriS, Emily Mortimer, and more, this chapter of Paddington’s life promises to be an enthralling one!
