Pushpa 2: The Reloaded is now streaming on Netflix India. The movie has an extremely long duration but that is what the producers promised us. With 3 Hours 44 Minutes of duration, the film is not everyone’s cup of tea and people are watching it in breaks. This is happening primarily because the film is almost of a series’ length.
Anyway, Pushpa 2 is one of the largest blockbusters in the Telugu and Hindi region. But the game works differently on OTT. A blockbuster on the big screens is no guarantee of a success over OTT. And this rule is very apparant in the OTT verdict of Pushpa 2.
Don’t get us wrong, the film is a blockbuster even on OTT. The views will be astounding and record breaking to say the least.
What we mean by the verdict is the way people are reacting to the film. Is it all positive?
Not at all.
In fact, we are seeing extreme kind of responses. On the one hand there are hardcore fans who are going crazy about the film but on the other there are people who simply can’t digest the idea of the film and why it became such a big blockbuster.
