Who Is Fantastic Four Reboot’s First Villain?

As Marvel puts the Guardians group to rest, Fantastic Four might definitely be a great choice to replace that, as not only does it have the nostalgic factor, but the franchise needs less effort to establish. And the cast for the Fantastic Four is definitely promising.

But, like any superhero film, we do need a villain, right?

See, talking about the surface level, there are some names such as Blastaar, Mole Man, and Annihilus to give them an easy entry to this universe. But as the recent news states, Marvel is planning something bombastic.

Previously, fans were speculating someone like Galactus or Doctor Doom to face the Fantastic Four for their first battle in the MCU. Even Cillian Murphy was a favorite choice for Dr. Doom, and as Marvel was probably moving away from Kang, Doom would have been a good choice for the future.

But, right now, Galactus might be the most preferred character for Marvel as they are moving forward on that path. Now, talking about the character of Galactus, he isn’t inherently evil. But as he needs to fulfill his hunger by consuming universes, and he made an attempt to end his hunger but was unsuccessful.

Now, who might be cast?

There is no official update about the casting, but there were some names floating around for the role. Some fans wanted Bryan Cranston to play the role, Michael Shannon would have been a good choice too. But talking about the most obvious one, Mark Strong might be the strongest choice.
