RRR has bagged two nominations at the prestigious Golden Globe Awards. Given the competition it has in those categories, it may very well win the prize. But the path was not easy. It had to fight against 8 other movies from India itself to get nominated.
Although Vivek Agnihotri has wished SS Rajamouli for the happening but he shared a screenshot on his Twitter timeline yesterday. The photo shows that “The Kashmir Files” is mentioned on the website of the Golden Globe.
But even after that, there is no big deal about it. It is not an achievement and very normal that the film is being talked about by the Award show.
Because it is a submission. The film was submitted to the Award just like many other films and there were 8 more submissions from India.

So it was just a submission like all these films from India. When Vivek Agnihotri shared it with his audience on Twitter then he forgot to mention the same.
Thus, it is important for us to clarify that do not assume that The Kashmir Files was nominated in the Award show just like RRR.
