The actor has played a significant role in Sex Education’s success as she played one of the essential characters in the show, Maeve Wiley. Her character quickly became a fan favourite due to her wit, intelligence, and vulnerability. Additionally, most of the storylines that revolved around her dealt with issues like dysfunctional family scenarios, poverty and neglect. It was something that resonated with many viewers. All these things helped the show in gaining record-breaking viewership.
