Will AltBalaji Deliver With Its Third Biggie Of The Month?

The Verdict- State Vs Nanavati-

At the start of the month, we wrote how the month of September is going to be crucial for AltBalaji. Three of its ambitious web series were slated to arrive in September.

The first to arrive was Coldd Lassi Aur Chicken Masala. This love set in the background of food was a damp squib. It failed to meet the expectations, despite an excellent lead cast and supporting artists.

The second one was MOM – Mission Over Mars. It was not an outright disaster like Coldd Lassi Aur Chicken Masala, but it wasn’t anything great either. It had its moments, but it was far below the superior movie Mission Mangal, made on the same subject.

Finally, the third one is The Verdict: State Vs Nanavati, which streams from September 30th. It is the costliest venture to come out from AltBalaji platform. It is a period series based on actual happening. Again, a film Rustom has been made on the same premise, but the web series looks like a better deal here. Will that eventually be the case? Will AltBalaji finally deliver on the promise? Watch out for our ‘verdict’.
