Keeping this in mind, Netflix has finally revealed the first look of the first African Samurai warrior anime series, “Yasuke” to be released on the 29th of March, 2021, consisting of 6 episodes.
The story of Yasuke, though is based on a real person, the anime will be focusing more on the fantasy version of Japan. Set in the feudal era of Japan, the story will showcase Yasuke’s journey when he gets dragged back into the violent past of his samurai days. The aim of this season of anime will show how Yasuke protects a little girl who is being followed by evil creatures and some dark forces.
The anime is created by LeSean Thomas along with talent from all around the world.
