The Viral Fever, commonly abbreviated as TVF is a famous Indian OTT media service and YouTube channel started by TVF Media Labs in 2020. It has delivered critically acclaimed superhits like ‘Sapne v/s Everyone’, ‘Panchayat’, ‘Aspirants’, ‘Pitchers’, and more.
Most recently, it released the fan-anticipated Season 3 of its family drama ‘Yeh Meri Family’, consisting of 5 episodes on Amazon MiniTV. The reviews it has garnered so far are well, juxtaposing, to say the least.
Some viewers have truly relished the comeback of the good-natured 90s nostalgia that emanates from the story of the Awasthi family. Especially when their lives are being narrated by seventh-grader science nerd Rishi Awasthi. The latter half of the viewers on the other hand, have realized the plotline to be oh-so-predictable.
After summer and winter, the new season unfolds as spring takes form all around the unnamed town that the Awasthis hail from. While spring promises the blossoming of new life all around, there is barely any found in the episodes of this new season. It seems to follow the same formula all over again.
However, that also does not go to say that numerous fans haven’t appreciated the comfort of nostalgia. With a widespread positive response, the season seems to be doing well for the studio!
