The ‘Fiery Priest’ synopsis is” Kim Hae Il is one extraordinary priest. He’s out to serve justice on earth while he carries his devotion to the Holy Order. Kim Hae-il / Michael Kim in the ‘Fiery Priest’ is played by Kim Nam-Gil of the 2014 movie ‘Pirates’. He plays an ex-NIS agent who retired after an accident that happened during his last mission and eventually decided to take the path of a priest. He is a short-tempered person who would throw a fit each minute, hence being referred to as the fiery priest or hot-blooded priest.
The other two main casts of the series are Kim Sung-Kyun(Reply 1988, Reply 1994) as Goo Dae-young and Lee Hanee(Fabricated City, Extreme Job) as Park Kyung-sun. While Dae-young plays a clumsy detective who is a pushover and always manipulated by his superintendent and seniors, Kyung-sun in the series is a corrupt prosecutor who covered up the crimes of Gudam’s administrators including the police chief and head borough.
