Zack Snyder Teases Darkseid’s Return In A Cryptic Video

Zack Snyder has turned the DC universe upside down after posting a cryptic video on Twitter, hinting at the possible return of Darkseid.

The “incoming message from Lord Darkseid” was only 15 seconds long. But the dark and sinister voice of the Apokolips ruler tells the viewers to “save the date”, which is April 28, 29, and 30, 2023.

The DCEU has come to an end. James Gunn and Peter Safran have ensured it. So, why did the filmmaker drop the cryptic video? Is he coming back to take control of SnyderVerse? Honestly, it is too early to comment on this scenario.

No one knows what the hell is going on with Patty Jenkins’ Wonder Woman 3. Early reactions from Aquaman 2’s test screenings have declared the upcoming James Wan project the worst DC movie ever. The Flash’s trailer broke the internet despite Ezra Miller’s recent controversies. As for Shazam 2 and Blue Beetle, both superhero flicks are set to hit theatres globally on March 17 and August 18, respectively.

Fans have been demanding the restoration of SnyderVerse for a long time now. Some even asked Netflix to acquire the rights to Zack Snyder’s Justice League and the rest of SnyderVerse’s flicks, allowing the helmer to continue his work.

Warner Bros made it crystal clear that SnyderVerse had met its demise after the highly-anticipated release of Snyder’s JL cut. However, the director’s latest post about Darkseid has sent the fanbase into a tailspin. Additionally, Gunn has confirmed that he has talked to Zack Snyder about the DCU’s new slate of projects. Are they collaborating on a new project? We will find out more about it soon. Stay tuned for more updates.
