The new show has been touted as a medical thriller in the garb of a serial killer escapade, and the trailer conveys it suitably.
A maniacal serial killer is on the rampage, even as the medical fraternity is dealing with a debilitating case of cancer. Indraniel Sengupta plays a cop who’s hot on the heels of the serial killer, while the body count ratchets up dangerously. What ensues is a bone-chilling cat-and-mouse chase, and a race against time to outfox the blood-thirsty killer.
Chitrangada Satarupa plays the female lead in Kark Rogue, while Rajesh Sharma and Jayant Kirpalani play pivotal roles. It is slated to stream as a bilingual, in Hindi and Bengali.
Kark Rogue will premiere on ZEE5 on 10 January 2020.
