This upgrade, set to be available soon, caters to users of iOS mobile devices, Apple TV, and Android TV.
Building on the success of the previously introduced Dolby Atmos, ZEE5 aims to elevate the overall viewing experience by incorporating Dolby Vision. This strategic move is geared towards providing a comprehensive and immersive cinematic encounter for audiences, enhancing their connection with the content.
The expanded content library featuring Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos includes notable titles such as the acclaimed Kamal Haasan starrer “Vikram,” the latest blockbuster “Gadar2,” and more. However, the availability of this feature will also depend on the device one is having. It is not like everyone’s feature because your TV also has to have the hardware and software support to run those features.
In conclusion, ZEE5’s incorporation of Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos is a super nice feature that is sure to attract a lot of eyeballs. But, we hope Zee5 improves mostly on content and not only technicalities. Because no OTT platform is ever known for its technical prowess but content and only content.
