ZEE5 is easily one of the most important OTT apps in India. But, the kind of services the platform is providing simply refuses to live up to the expectations. Firstly, no series on Zee5 ever makes any buzz. Neither do they bring great stories nor do they have any big stars. But the content part is long enough for some other article to discuss. To sum it up, they are dissatisfying users not only with poor content but also pathetic services.
