Earlier in the year, Zee5 Telugu announced that it has four original, exciting series lined up in Telugu. After some gap, they first look poster of its first presentation; Loser was out.
It was then announced that Loser would be streaming on the Zee5 platform from April 17th. However, that did not happen, and we have a new date now. Loser will now stream from May 15th.
The original poster has been brought up again, which comprises of three different individuals with different sports backdrops. Are they all losers as the promotions campaign mentions?
The underdog is the most celebrated term in sports. The winners get the same reception. But, what about the losers, do we notice them – ask the makers of Losers.
The ten episodes series of Loser is set in the past from 1980 to 2000s. Priyadrashi, Shahshank, and Annie head the cast, playing the different sportsmen. Pavani Gangireddy, Sayaji Shinde, Abhay Bethiganti, Komelee Prasad, Kalpika Ganesh and others play other critical supporting parts.
Annapurna Studios and Spectrum Media jointly produce the series which is written and directed by Abhilash Reddy. A trailer of the series is going to be out soon. Watch this space for further updates.
