Zee5 has dropped the trailer for its upcoming new original series ‘Pyaar Testing’ and this one’s just an overthought imagination. ‘Pyaar Testing’ will premiere only on Zee5 on 14th February, 2025.
‘Pyaar Testing’ trailer is set in Jaipur, where two families meet up for a prospective matrimony but not everything goes as expected when Amrita, the bride has an unconventional take on marriage.
She wishes to have a live in relationship with Dhruv, the prospective groom, who thinks of it as an experiment and agrees to live together for four months. As expected over time as they enjoy a part of each other’s company they also start to get irritated with their little annoying habits. But it’s that one unexpected incident that changes the whole equation. Will they be able to continue and turn their experiment into a happy marriage or will it all end?
‘Pyaar Testing’ looks clustered and chaotic in execution with apparently a lot going on. The characters are all over and feel clueless. Moreover, the concept lacks novelty and is definitely far from reality given the cultural Indian setup.
Directed by Shiva Varma and Saptaraj Chakraborty and starring Satyajeet Dubey (‘Mumbai Diaries’, ‘Aye Zindagi’) and Plabita Borthakur (‘PK’, ‘Lipstick Under My Burkha’) in lead roles, ‘Pyaar Testing’ will start streaming on Zee5 from 14th February, 2025.
