The unexpected long delay is surprising, and the reason for it is also not known. State of Siege: 26/11 would have been an ideal outing for Republic Day. The series is situated in the backdrop of the 26/11 attacks as the title suggests. However, it comes with a difference that is not seen before.
State of Siege: 26/11 shows the aftermath of 26/11 attacks and the rescue mission conducted by National Security Guards (NSGs). The entire show is from their perspective. It brings freshness to the subject as many others have come on the attacks.
An excellent cast has been put in place for the State of Siege: 26/11. Arjan Bajwa heads the cast which also comprises of names like Mukul Dev, Arjun Bijlani, Vivek Dahiya, Sid Makkad etc.
The promos from the series are already out. They are the reason for increasing curiosity on the State of Siege: 26/11. Given the anticipation, it would have been perfect had it come out for the Republic Day.
