October turned out to be one of Apple TV+’s most diverse months this year. There was nostalgia, ambition, and a fair share of risk, all packed into a lineup that proved Apple still wants to balance prestige with emotion.

Analysis
Let’s start with Stiller & Meara: Nothing Is Lost, a deeply personal documentary that celebrates comedy legends and love. Though for most Indian audience, it was something foreign, the documentary was well executed.
It’s nostalgic and so modern, reminding viewers that stories rooted in real emotion never go out of style. Mr. Scorsese follows a similar path, giving us an intimate portrait of the filmmaking icon, though some felt it leaned a little too self-congratulatory at times. And if you are fan, you shouldn’t miss out on this.
On the fiction side, Down Cemetery Road and The Last Frontier brought in the thrill factor, both stylish and well-performed, but neither managed to become the month’s breakout hit. Loot Season 3 stayed consistent, still funny, still heartwarming, but it didn’t surprise.
Among licensed titles, M3GAN 2.0 was clearly the crowd magnet, while Ne Zha 2 expanded Apple’s global footprint with a splash of animated spectacle.
Overall, October was a solid month, emotional, varied, and ambitious, even if not everything landed perfectly.
Apple TV+ deserves 6.5 out of 10 for its October 2025 slate.
