Analysis
During Diwali, we get a special movie by Netflix called Greater Kalesh. The movie was led by Ahsaas Channa and it was a nice short movie. We can’t and we shouldn’t judge this movie by the normal standards because it is supposed to be a gift for the subscribers of Netflix.

Despite everything, it was a nice watch if you are not applying your critical brain.

When it comes to series, Kurukshetra has become a huge source of rage. The series was highly appreciated by people because it tried something good in the animation sector and presented us a very new perspective towards Mahabharata. There are 18 episodes and other than voice acting, everything is done pretty well.

Then we get The Game: You Never Play Alone. The Tamil series was a good attempt by Netflix India but it didn’t stand out. The platform needs to be way more if it wants to attract audiences in the Southern states. Earlier this year we saw TEST, the movie was an utter disaster. Thus Netflix India needs to introspect its Tamil and Telugu slate.

Then comes War 2 which was a big disappointment. Had the film been tolerable like Fighter then it would make a big deal on Netflix India but the script and direction was so bad that it had to fail a big time. YRF needs to touch the grass again as nobody wants to see Hrithik Roshan’s entry scene where he is speaking Japanese for 10 minutes straight.

They Call Him OG is finally the film Pawan Kalyan fans needed, and that’s why the benefit was obvious on Netflix India. It didn’t become a huge hit, but it did well.

Idli Kadai is a highly appreciated film but it needed more promotion/mass appeal to make it big on Netflix India. It is too early to say how the film performed but signs are not very positive. Despite that, we appreciate the beautiful film that Dhanush made.

Humans in the Loop is not everyone’s cup of tea. It is a very niche kind of film, but if you love art films, then you would naturally love it. The movie raises some questions that no commercial film would dare to, plus the overall execution has been done very well.

Overall, this month was kinda good for the platform. We score them 5/10 for how they kept us entertained. Bonus for making the effort to bring Greater Kalesh.
