Considering our population, it makes sense that there is practically no circle of life today where Indians haven’t left their mark. And so this saga continues. Even in the media and entertainment industry. Both sides of a screen, whether it is the actors or platform operators, Indians are everywhere.
This is also true in the case of giant OTT aggregator Tata Binge Play, who in an attempt to expand their global footprint recently announced an extension of help all the way to the Philippines. The aggregator will now provide PaaS (Platform as a Service) to Philippines’ Cignal TV’s OTT aggregation platform ‘Cignal Super’.
This news comes in the aftermath of another latest collaboration with Bangladesh’s ‘Akash TV’, after having built the Akash Go App. As per the new deal with Cignal Super, their new application has been built with the help of Tata Binge Play’s cloud technology, and is currently, being pilot and beta tested.
The upcoming Cignal Super App will launch with a multitude of partners including VIU, Lionsgate Play, Curiosity Stream, Fuse+, Pilipinas Live, Cignal Play, and more. Tata Binge Play’s sophisticated platform technology and rapid delivery times are slowly establishing it as a global player in an exclusive list of such platform providers.
