Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu (ZEE5)
After a thunderous INR 375 crore theatrical run this Sankranti, Chiranjeevi’s action-comedy is coming home. Directed by the master of commercial cinema, Anil Ravipudi, the film features Chiranjeevi as a national security officer who must protect his estranged billionaire wife (Nayanthara) and children from a looming threat. This one also features Venkatesh and Catherine Tresa.
Anaganaga Oka Raju (Netflix)
Fresh off its INR 100 crore box office milestone, Naveen Polishetty and Meenakshi Chaudhary bring their infectious energy to Netflix. The story follows Raju, a village youth with champagne dreams, who orchestrates “Operation Charulatha” to marry a wealthy landlord’s daughter, only to realise he’s inherited more debt than riches.
Kohrra Season 2 (Netflix)
The award-winning Punjabi crime thriller returns with a fresh mystery. This season, Barun Sobti reprises his role as Garundi, joined by a powerhouse new cast including Mona Singh and Rannvijay Singha. The plot centres on the murder of a woman found in her brother’s barn, peeling back the layers of a deeply fractured society.
Cross Season 2 (Prime Video)
Aldis Hodge returns as Alex Cross in a season themed “Bitter Fruit.” This time, the brilliant forensic psychologist is hunting a ruthless vigilante targeting corrupt billionaires. The stakes get personal as the line between seeking justice and becoming a criminal begins to blur.
Lead Children (Netflix)
This Polish drama (originally titled Ołowiane dzieci) is inspired by the real-life heroism of Dr Jolanta Wadowska-Król. Set in the 1970s, it follows a young doctor who risks everything to expose mass lead poisoning among children living near a smelting plant.
