Six international Award winning short film JIGDEN is the first Tibetan/Nepali gangster film ever made written, produced, acted, music and directed by Shenpenn Khymsar. This short film was an experiment with all first time actors, no pro crew and no budget. JIGDEN was filmed in Queens NY and it was filmed guerilla style.
