More Than Blue is a remake of the 2009 Korean film of the same name. This is a romance series about K and Cream, two doomed lovers that spans years. The plot follows swindling complications in which K and Cream are drawn together by circumstances yet separated by tragic life incidents. Knowing that being alone is Cream’s greatest fear, K keeps his terminal cancer a secret and instead advises her to marry a healthy and good man. He is heartbroken when Cream reveals her love for affluent doctor Joo Hwan.
