The film is tipped to be based on the Korean film titled Blind. Nayanthara play the role of a visually impaired person, who is a witness in a murder case, and then decides to take on the task of bringing down the killer herself. Ajmal Ameer plays the antagonist in the film.
An intriguing, high-stakes drama plays out between both the characters. Nayanthara plays the promising cadet at the police academy, who loses her eyesight after a car accident. Interestingly, Blind is also being remade in Hindi with the same title starring Sonam Kapoor.
