Anushka Shetty’s thriller was one of the most anticipated movies from this year. But all of the expectations were pushed back to the drain by the pandemic Covid-19. The movie which was supposed to release on 31st January 2020 was postponed to 2nd April 2020. But since the theatres shut down indefinitely, the release of the movie was halted. Now the makers recently did a poll where they asked the public on how they would like to watch the movie. The answer was in majority of releasing the film in OTT platforms and it seems that the makers have done the deal. Reports suggest that Nishabdham has been bagged by Amazon Prime Video who are ahead on everyone is capturing the South Indian movie market as they already released some of the major movies from South India on their platform. The movie has been directed by Hemant Madhukar and is produced by People Media Factory with Kona Film Corporation.
Plot
Nishabdham will feature around Sakshi who is a mute girl and gets involved into an attack at a haunted mansion. Upon doing investigation they start to come across Sakshi’s best friend who is missing for quite some time. The police figures that more cases have come regarding the paranormal activities in the area and there might be someone helping her. What folds out is one of the most awaited suspense thrillers.
