Yedu Chepala Katha is a Telugu movie in the adult comedy genre. It narrates the story of a guy who has is enamoured by beautiful women. Tempt Ravi (Abhishek Reddy) has a weakness for beautiful women. He gets tempted whenever he comes into contact with a pretty girl. This leads to him getting into a lot of physical relationships with various different women. But one day, he genuinely falls in love with a girl, Bhavana (Ayesha Singh). She too loves him back and the two get very serious about each other. However, their story takes a turn when he is diagnosed with a serious health issue.
