The Expanse S5 American Science – Fiction Television Series Is Streaming Online Watch on Amazon Prime Video Release Date 16th December 2020.
This brilliant sci-fi series was developed by Mark Fergus and Hawk Ostby. The series was created based off the novels of the same name by James S. A. Corey. The series has received critical acclaim for its visuals, character progression and multiple complex political storylines.
The series is set in the future, hundreds of years from now. Humans have colonized the entire solar system by this point and Mars has become an independent military power. With tensions between the planets, Earth and Mars, having reached an alltime high and are at the brink of war; against this expansive backdrop, the plot follows a tough detective and a rogue ship’s captain who come together to investigate the case of a missing young woman. The investigation takes them all around the solar system and it threatens to expose one of the biggest conspiracies in human history.
The series was cancelled by the Syfy after 3 seasons, but after a huge public campaign by fans, asking companies like Amazon Prime Video and Netflix to take up the series – Amazon Prime Video took up the series. Amazon Prime has also renewed the series for a sixth and final season which is expected to air next year.
