This film tells the true story of Mickey the Chimp, a chimpanzee who repeatedly escaped from Liverpool zoological park during his lifetime. The heart-breaking events are explored through the perspective of the locals who watched him rampage around the city and also from the perspective of the misunderstood chimp itself.
