Are Kanguva Makers Taking Bhairathi Ranagal Too Lightly?

In a recent press conference the National award winning actor Suriya faced a critical question thrown to him by the media.

Suriya’s upcoming movie, “Kanguva” starring Bobby Deol and Disha Patani was supposed to release on October 10th, but now it is going to release on November 14th.

People are assuming that to avoid the clash with Rajinikanth and Amitabh Bachchan’s “Vettaiyan” this decision was made.

But, On November 15th, Shiva Rajkumar’s Kannada film “Bhairathi Ranagal” is releasing.

So does that mean that the makers of Kanguva took “Bhairathi Ranagal” a bit too lightly ?

According to Suriya in the press conference, the film “Kanguva” is releasing in many languages and also the 3D version of the movie is still not done yet.

The post production work is still going on, and the censorship is still not completely done, that’s why they had to postpone the dates.

But, if we pay a keen eye “Kanguva” is being made for a whole lot of time now, and that too with great care, so why does the makers choose to release it right before “Bhairathi Ranagal” release?

But, Suriya handled the situation with calm and claimed that the clash wasn’t ‘intentional’ and that he respects Shiva.

During the conference Suriya also drew example from Bollywood’s Diwali release and said “Singham Again” and “Bhool Bhulaiya 3” both are collecting ₹100 cr so why do people think that people will watch only one film and that film will be overshadowed by the other one.

Anyways, the Suriya handled the confrontation in a really witty manner, but the actual results will be the witnessed by the audience after the release of both movies.
