The official teaser for ‘Brother’ is out now. It is a new Tamil rom-com and stars Jayam Ravi in the lead role. The movie is directed by M Rajesh and has other actors like Bhumika Chawla, Priyanka Arul Mohan, Saranya Ponvannan, VTV Ganesh, Natty, Seetha, Achyuth Kumar, MS Bhaskar, Rao Ramesh, and Suresh Chakravarthy.
Jayam Ravi plays the role of a happy-go-lucky man named Karthick who is happy to eat, sleep and spend his time away in trivial enjoyments. The teaser is funny, but some fans might be skeptic about Jayam Ravi playing this kind of roles after the epic ‘Ponniyin Selvan’. The plot details are not clear yet and hopefully the viewers will get a better idea about the movie once the trailer is out.
The cinematography of the movie is handled by Vivekanand Santhosham. And the music is given by Harris Jayaraj. Jayaraj’s music seems to be an ineevitavle part of the movie and it elevates the teaser to a higher level of comedy. And it looks like the supporting cast has done a beautiful job in the movie.
The movie will having its theatrical release on the 31st of October and clash with the other Tamil Diwali releases. ‘Brother’ will clash with Sivakarthikeyan’s ‘Amaran’ and Kavin’s comedy ‘Bloody Beggar’.
