The game of dice has begun because Prime Video India just launched the trailer of “Snakes and Ladders”.
Created by filmmaker Karthik Subbaraj, this dark humour thriller Tamil series has a very interesting tone in the trailer.
Set in the mid-2000s. It follows the journey of four school friends, Gilly, Irai, Sandy, and Bala, who are forced to navigate tough choices, unravel tangled mysteries, and confront their own bad choices.
The trailer starts with a school fight and ends with these four kids trapped in a very serious situation.
In one scene of the trailer we actually see the kids playing the game of “Snake and Ladder” which is a very good inclusion in the trailer as it gave the sense of these four kids being a part of the game.
Where their lives are at stake, their path takes an unexpected turn when it crosses with a mysterious and clever character, Leo, and mysterious yet haunting sequences start to happen.
In between the trailer, the sweet yet very funny comments of the kids gives off a sense of childishness.
The series has Naveen Chandra, Nandha, Manoj Bharathiraja, Muthukumar, Srinda, Sreejith Ravi, Samrith, Surya ragaveshwar, Surya kumar, Tarun and Sasha Bharen in pivotal roles.
It feels like the series will be a roller coaster, so get ready to solve the mystery alongside the kids because you don’t wanna be bitten by a snake do you?
“Snakes and Ladders” will be streaming on Prime Videos India on 18th of October.
