The Greatest of All Time: Fans Fooled Again with Extended Cut!

The Greatest of All Time Fans Fooled Again with Extended Cut!

Indian film directors have developed a bad habit: making promises they can never fulfill. Take the case of Jawan and Pathaan. Both movies were supposed to have extended cuts on OTT, but all we ever received were lies and gimmicks.

The same has happened with The Greatest of All Time. The director assured us that an uncut version of the film would be released on OTT, boasting an additional 18 to 40 minutes of footage that they supposedly shot.

We were skeptical of the claim, especially since Netflix has decided not to stream anything that hasn’t passed CBFC scrutiny. If that’s the case, why make the promise?

We understand that Netflix India is already mired in legal troubles and doesn’t want to add to its burden, but making promises and failing to deliver is something we can’t appreciate.

The version of The Greatest of All Time currently streaming on Netflix India has 3 hours, 1 minute, and 11 seconds of footage. It is available in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi. Let’s wait and see how it is received by the people. We are pretty sure that it will be cherished by the fans but nobody can stop it from becoming a troll fest.

Stay tuned to Binged for all the updates from the Indian and International OTT industry.
