Pushpa 2 The Rule has been released. The movie is one of the biggest films of the year and people were just crazy about this movie. Pushpa 2 The Rule comes at a time when Bollywood movies are not doing well.
We are not talking about occasional hits like Singham Again, Stree 2 and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, but the overall 2024. It has been a very disappointing year due to several big films flipping big time on the big screens.
In this situation, the only biggie that has come as a big time hope is Pushpa 2 The Rule.
Yeah, we are too many Bigs because Pushpa 2 The Rule is indeed a big hope.
But, this has also limited the movie to a great extent.
You see, there are about 4 Lakhs tickets to Pushpa 2 in advance bookings. We are talking about the Hindi belt over here. Well, it is fine but at the same time, it is much lower than Baahubali 2 or War which were released many many years back.
So, does that mean that the buzz of Pushpa 2 is any less than those movies?
Not at all.
You see, since Bollywood films did not do much this year, theatres want anything and everything to increase their collection, and thus they have increased the prices to this extent.
The tickets are costing 600-700 in some theatres that are not even luxurious. It is a crazy situation and that’s why a lot of people simply couldn’t afford to book tickets.
Let’s hope that the price eases down after a few days.
