After many rumours, finally the official confirmation has come. ‘Devara’ will be premiering on OTT On the 8th of November. It will be available to watch on Netflix from this Friday.
‘Devara’ was one of the most anticipated titles of the year and starred NTR Jr. in the leading role. It also has Janhvi Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan, Shine Tom Chacko, Murali Sharma etc in important roles. The movie performed well enough and was a blockbuster hit in Telugu. Although it did not go as expected for Tamil and Malayalam, Devara was a decent success in Hindi too.
The movie tells the story of a gruesome battle around the Laal Samandar. When a cop comes to the village with the mission of stopping arms smuggling, he is attacked by Bhaira and gets no cooperation from the villagers. One old man starts telling him a very old tale: about how Devara, the protagonist, and Bhaira used to loot containers from the ships. But when Devara came to know how these containers are used for smuggling weapons, he revolts and swears that he won’t let anybody smuggle these anymore. A war starts between Devara and Bhaira and to know the rest of the story, you have to watch the film. If you like Tekugu action flicks, you are going to have an enjoyable time watching Devara.
