The Telugu film Lucky Bhaskar was released just yesterday. The movie starring Dulquer Salmaan and Meenakshi Chaudhary in the lead roles opened to a good reception. According to some reports, it opened to 12 crores which is kinda good if we see the concept and the budget of the film. More importantly, it has the highest opening ever for any Telugu film by Dulquer Salmaan.
But, something strange happened.
You see, the OTT release of any typical Telugu movie takes place after 4 weeks of running on the big screens. It is a rule but the OTT platforms don’t really advertise this fact on the release date.
In the case of Lucky Bhaskar, it has happened and we have all the reasons to believe that it happened due to a mistake and without any intention.

You must be aware that Netflix releases a calendar for the upcoming titles. While releasing the calendar for November, Netflix Malaysia leaked the release date.

As you can clearly see, Netflix has reserved November 30th as the release date for Lucky Bhaskar. Again, it is a typical 4 week window.
But, we recommend you watch the movie on the big screens as OTT can never match the experience.
