In recent times Netflix is facing very much trouble for some steps they took.
Because, the EOW filed an inquiry against the producer Vashu Bhagnani and the production house Netflix India. They are accusing Netflix India for not paying “Pooja Entertainment” after the release of three movies.

The films are, “Mission Raniganj: The Great Bharat Rescue” “Bade Miyan Chote Miyan” and Hero No 1.
Now currently about the licensing rights, Netflix was expected to pay Rs 281 cr for the licensing rights, meanwhile Pooja Entertainment spent over Rs 645 Cr on production and promotion of the film.
A Netflix Spokesperson said, “ These claims are completely unfounded, indeed it’s Pooja entertainment that owes Netflix money. We have a strong track record of partnership with the Indian creative community and are working with the authorities to resolve this dispute.”
Vashu Bhagnani, has also claimed that Netflix cheated and conspired against the rights. He reached out to EOW for further enquiries.
The industry is now raising questions about the downfall of the industry, and its economic status, with controversies surrounding the streaming platform and many more, Netflix is now in a deep pothole.
