One of the most awaited movies of this time directed by Vasan Bala, starring Alia Bhatt and Vedang Raina, “Jigra”, utterly disappointed the audience, and as a result we can see how the box office reacted towards “Jigra”.
But nowadays movies that don’t do well in theatres do an excellent job on OTT platforms.
The controversy surrounding “Jigra” about ticket sell, made it even worse for the movie to stand out. Divya Khosla and Karan Johar’s cold fight also contributed a lot to this.
But, if we pay a bit of attention, then we will see that some of the very big and outstanding movies which didn’t do well on box office, when it came to the OTT platforms, blew the audience’s mind.
Although a very few people enjoyed “Jigra” on the big screen, we can hope that it will reach out to a vast majority when it’ll come to the OTT platforms.
So, there is still a possibility for “Jigra” to prove itself, when it’ll be released on OTTs.
