Every Saturday and Sunday almost every household in India waited for “Comedy Nights With Kapil”, a nostalgia which tied the whole family to set together to watch the show.
And in this year’s March Kapil Sharma came back with his new show on Netflix India “The Great Indian Kapil Show”, but he quickly wrapped it up in June.
Disheartened fans eagerly waited for Season 2, because of the success and laughter it gave them, and without much delay the second season is here, from 21st September, “The Great Indian Kapil Sharma Show” started its journey.
But the question is will this season be able to deliver what the fans are waiting for?
The 1st episode of this season featured the cast and crew of “Jigra”, which includes Alia Bhatt, Vedang Raina, Karan Johar and Vasan Bala.
Where the first episode of season one featured Ranbir Kapoor and family. Which gave the show a great start.
Now comparing these episodes we can see some mild change in audience reaction, where Ranbir Kapoor talked freely and shared moments of his life with the audience, Alia Bhatt felt kind of mid in the first episode.
Kapil Sharma is bringing back Rohit Sharma again in the 3rd episode, where he was on the second episode in season one alongside Shreyas Iyer.
Although the “Devara” cast has already promoted their film in the second episode.
This season feels a lot more technical than season one.
Although season 1 received mixed reviews , with the line up stars and sports persons like Ranbir Kapoor, Mary Kom and many more the audience was quite happy with the laughter they received.
Kapil Sharma once again has a list of stars who are going to appear in this season, which is quite impressive.
This season promises to be a grand celebration of India’s vibrant cultural heritage, but now it’s time to see whether it successfully delivers the laughter to the audience or not.
