You see, we already have two Citadels. One of course is the American one while the other one ie Citadel Diana is based in Italy and was released just a few days back.
Now the next in line is Citadel: Honey Bunny which will be released just in a few days. But it has some crazy potential to do some crazy stuff.
You see, the original Citadel starring Priyanka Chopra got a negative response from the critics and sort of mediocre response on the OTT. Citadel Diana got a mediocre response from both critics and audiences.
But there is no such thing as “great” reviews and responses towards any of the Citadel products. Given the brilliant CV of Raj and DK, Citadel Honey Bunny is going to be a proper masala entertainer which has a lot of potential to just boom on the platform. Do you remember Farzi?
The show instantly became an international sensation on Prime Video. Since this is related to the Citadel universe then the chances of it becoming a sensation is already very high.
Thus, let’s wait and see what Raj and DK have cooked. If the Indian version of the show gets past the American and Italian one then it would boost the morale of Indian OTT like nothing.
