Right on schedule, eight weeks post its theatrical release, Alia Bhatt’s ‘Jigra’ and Rajkumar Rao and Tripti Dimri starrer ‘Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video’ is all set to come to Netflix this weekend.
Infact, according to Netflix, the streaming giant has your weekend sorted with ‘Amaran’ already streaming from today, ‘Jigra’ coming tomorrow on Friday, 6th December and ‘Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video’ out on Saturday, 7th December.
When theses two Hindi films were prepping for their theatrical release on the Dussehra weekend, the expectations were quite high but unfortunately neither ‘Jigra’ nor ‘Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video’ could impress the viewers and critics.
Both the films underperformed at the box office and to be honest the OTT premiere expectations are not that high either. While some might prefer to give it a go, overall there isn’t much hype now and probably that’s the reason Netflix did not promote it much either.
