Jio Cinema has launched the trailer for it’s upcoming original series ‘Moonwalk’ that begins as routine heist drama motivated by love but there’s an extraterrestrial twist in it. Helmed by Ajay Bhuyan, ‘Moonwalk’ will premiere only on Jio Cinema on 20th December, 2024.
The trailer begins with a small time thief Tarik Chand Pandey (Anshuman Pushkar) being served a jail sentence for some robbery case in the court. Moving on, Pandey considers stealing an art and calls himself an artist. The viewers are further introduced to his love interest Chandani (Nidhi Singh), who is glamorous and loves expensive jewellery and luxury items.
There’s a third character as well Sady Sharma (Samir Kochar), a con artist who also is a thief in other words but his style is more like that of a gentleman in contrast to Tarik’s street style. Both want to be with Chandani but she will go with the one who brings her the most expensive thing in the coming six months.
Up till this point it was all normal but it soon takes an unexpected turn when an extraterrestrial element is introduced in the mix and Tarik gets his hand on this extremely precious item. But it apparently ain’t going to be that easy, in fact the risks are now very high as more players join the fray. What is this “out of the word” priceless thing and who will get Chandani?
Directed by Ajay Bhuyan, ‘Moonwalk’, stars Anshuman Pushkar, Nidhi Singh, Samir Kochar Neha Chauhan, Sheeba Chadha, Geetanjali Kulkarni, and Anil Charanjeett. Produced by Jio Studios, and Ajay G Rai’s JAR Pictures, ‘Moonwalk’ will premiere exclusively on Jio Cinema on 20th December, 2024.
