SonyLIV is doing some really appreciable work in the field of non-scripted content. The new offering is of course Million Dollar Listing India. The series is all about luxury real estate. You see, real estate is an evergreen thing to invest in because nobody can make more land. We can cut forests and build more cities like we always do but due to the sheer limitations of it, real estate will always be in demand.
So, Million Dollar Listing India is the latest venture of SonyLIV that talks about people going to bid millions and millions for luxury houses. It is essentially rich people’s bling but sometimes it does bring a lot of views.
Why?
Luxury sells. People want to look at things they can’t afford and it is a reality.
Regardless, Million Dollar Listing India is streaming its first episode now and it is just so different from Shark Tank India. SonyLIV has a whole new experiment and they will have to convince people into buying that concept.
But, it looks like that Million Dollar Listing India will not be a grand success like Shark Tank India because people from the very bottom could believe in implementing ideas of Shark Tank and making it true. The same can’t be said about Million Dollar Listing India. Why?
