Netflix has dropped the trailer of its upcoming high stakes thriller drama ‘Do Patti’ and this one will literally make you think twice before you decide who’s the real culprit. Helmed by Shashanka Chaturvedi, ‘Do Patti’ will premiere only on Netflix on 25th October, 2024.
‘Do Patti’ trailer is told from the perspective of Kajol who plays a fierce cop in the film and often finds herself stuck in something or the other. This time it’s this twisted case of twins, an attempted murder and the accused here is the boy they fell in love with.
Saumya (Kriti Sanon) one of the twins and probably the simple and sweet one, has fallen in love with Dhruv Sood (Shaheer Sheikh) and while everything was going good, enters the naughty or the evil twin who tries to woo Dhruv with her tricks. But when one of these twins is a victim of an attempted murder, things start to turn real bad for all of them.
Set against the misty hills of the fictional town of Devipur, Uttarakhand, the case unfolds and its muddled with half-truths and half-lies, where love, betrayal, and revenge create a melee of intrigue, deception, and drama. Will Kajol be able to uncover the truth in this attempted murder case?
The line between right and wrong, law and justice are gonna get blurry in ‘Do Patti’ as deception and mystery keep you hooked till the end. What seemingly begins as a simple case, soon makes you question who is actual alt the culprit, is it really the so portrayed evil twin, or is something wrong with everyone here.
Directed by debutante Shashanka Chaturvedi and written by Kanika Dhillon, ‘Do Patti’ stars Kajol, Kriti Sanon, Shaheer Sheikh, Tanvi Azmi, and Brijendra Kala. Produced by Kanika Dhillon’s Kathha Pictures alongside Kriti Sanon’s Blue Butterfly Films, ‘Do Patti’ will premiere exclusively on Netflix on 25th October, 2024.
