Prime Video India has launched the trailer of its upcoming original reality series ‘The Tribe’ and it couldn’t get more over dramatic than this. Helmed by Omkar Potdar, ‘Tribe’ is set to premiere on Prime Video on 4th October, 2024.
Talking about the trailer, ‘The Tribe’ features a bunch of rich and spoilt, so called female influencers gathered in a posh property in Los Angeles, U.S. and the mastermind Hardik Zaveri, a young Indian entrepreneur, is there to guide them and make millions per annum. These fashionista drama queens need to live together, travel together and most importantly create content together.
These young, glamorous and affluent influencers include Alanna Panday (Ananya Panday’s cousin), Alaviaa Jaaferi (Javed Jaaferi’s daughter), Srushti Porey, Aryaana Gandhi, and Alfia Jafry.
The trailer looks as petty as the fight for getting a bigger room which takes up a substantial portion in the trailer. There are comments on clothes, people, trust issues, bitch fights and a whole lot of beeps.
‘The Tribe’ just seems too pathetic a show which no one wanted and looks extremely fake and superficial. These content creators around whom the show revolves have had a life of luxury and certainly struggle is not their forte.
Produced by Dharmatic Entertainment, ‘The Tribem is a nine-part series executive-produced by Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, and Aneesha Baig. ‘The Tribe’ Will launch on Prime Video on 4th October, 2024.
