Since it is the most watched series in India this year, Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar or even Panchayat Season 3 are left far behind.

Will it leave any impact on the OTT industry as a whole?
You see, up until 2022, many platforms used to work directly with YouTubers because they used to import the fans of the YouTuber directly on the OTT platform.
Taaza Khabar was launched in the late phase of the same trend and that too immediately after Dhindora. So, the series became a big hit.
But now, things are changing. People are also bored by the same YouTubers. With Zakir Khan giving a big flop on SonyLIV to the closure of comedy shows on Prime Video, the dynamics are not the same.
While this huge success of Taaza Khabar Season 2 can definitely call for a third season. But, we doubt if it will leave a long-lasting impact on the overall industry.
