Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video was released alongside Jigra on Dussehra’s occasion. The movie starring Rajkummar Rao and Tripti Dimri in the lead roles is a decent performer at the box office. Actually, both the Dussehra releases were underwhelming at the box office but they were released on Netflix India last weekend.
The numbers are now out. Although Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video was a slightly bigger hit than Jigra, the game on OTT is entirely different. People are far more excited about Jigra than Vicky Vidya Ka Wo Wala Video.
The comedy film has a slightly adult angle attached to it and thus people were slightly disinterested in watching it.
Due to better new options available on Netflix India, people did not give a lot of attention to Vicky Vidya Ka Wo Wala Video.
As a result, the movie did not even pop up in the Top 10 most-watched non-English movies on Netflix. This is not something very concerning as there are many other films competing with Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video and the film’s performance may improve next week.
