The Family Man Season 3 has arrived after four long years, and it brings a major change in the life of Srikant Tiwari. This time he is forced to involve his family in his secret work. Instead of keeping them safe from his missions, he ends up pulling them into the danger that surrounds him. The story takes place in Nagaland, and it feels different from the earlier seasons in both tone and setting. The threat is not just from outside forces. People from within the organization are now trying to hunt him. This makes Srikant less of a protector and more of a target.
The season builds a slow and confusing chase. Rukma keeps following Srikant everywhere, and the tension keeps growing until the final episode. It was weakest season, felt very laid back and no urgency, even though things in plot were very serious, I hope they return with a bang in season 4.
