This month it seems there is nothing intriguing in the originals list for Netflix and we will have to see how far YKKA S2 can go. There is not much expectation from the show and neither does it have much hype. The viral songs from Do Patti worked in favour of the movie a great deal, and for CTRL, Motwane’s filmography was enough. But for Yeh Kaali Kaali Ankhein, the intrigue factor is not there and only people who are really interested in what is going to happen next will watch the show, and the number does not look assuring.
The cast is good and there are actors like Tahir Rah Bhasin, Shweta Tripathi, Anchal Singh but none of them are stars who could pull audiences. The plot details too look feeble as compared to the first season. Netflix has to come up with another hyped original this month to stop viewers from being bored of the same old stories.
