The on-screen Oppenheimer returns as Tommy Shelby, the bold and formidable leader of Birmingham’s notorious Peaky Blinders gang. While details about the rest of the cast remain shrouded in secrecy, fans are eager to see who will join him in this next chapter. Though the six-season BBC drama wrapped up in April 2022, Tommy’s journey is far from over. Plot specifics for the upcoming film are still under wraps, but it has been confirmed that the story will unfold against the dramatic backdrop of World War II.
Some of the new actors who have joined the new Peaky Blinders Netflix movie are Tim Roth, Rebecca Ferguson, and Barry Keoghan. The production is slated to begin later this year, making a late 2025 release the earliest we can expect the film to hit screens. Stay tuned for more updates.
