The first look poster for ‘Iruniram’ is out now. It is a Malayalam movie and is being directed by Jinto Thomas. The poster is revealed by Lijo Jose Pellissery. Pellissery is known for his wonderful narratives and has backed many beautiful gems of the Malayalam industry, so it can be expected that this too can turn out to be a wonderful film.
Child artist Thamanna Sol will be playing the lead role in the movie. There will be other actors like Dinesh Alappey, Nisha Sarang, Kabani Saira and Jio Baby in other important roles. The first look poster features Thamanna in a black and white grave look and has some green and red color pasted over her face.
The director Jinto Thomas is known for his work in Kadakalam and Padachonte Kathakal. The screenplay comes from well known writer Vishnu K. Mohan. A few months back ‘Vaazhai’ did a wonderful business at the Tamil box office. The genre of children’s drama is very barren in India and it needs to be changed immediately. With recent Bengali movies like ‘Bhootpori’ and ‘Manojder Adbhut Bari’ it is gaining some momentum. Vishal Bharadwaj has contributed to the genre in Hindi. And the Malayalam filmmakers are starting to make some changes in the genre too. Hopefully ‘Iruniram’ will be one important addition to the list and impress audiences and critics alike.
